Advertising rates are $165.00 (tax included) per ad. You will receive:

- Advertisement on our web site for your property with unlimited photos and description
-Professionally formatted brochures (feature sheets) printable from your listing
-Professional lawn sign (optional) that includes your phone number and ad number. A deposit is required and is refunded upon return of the sign
- Access to your own administration area where you can add/edit your property photos and description

Your ad is placed instantly and must be paid for within 3 business days. If payment is not received within 3 business days access to your administration area is revoked and a claim is sent to our credit collections company in Saskatoon.
