This property has 9 seasonal campsites, 1 year round cabin, as well as a seasonal cabin. It situated on 22 acres in the RM of Canwood. Of this, approximately Ѕ mile is on Lake Front. There is considerable potential for further development. The year round cabin can sleep up to 12 people, and has all the amenities; including a fire place. The cabins come equipped with a fridge, stove, TV’s, kitchen & living room furniture, all beds and mattresses, and kitchen utensils. There is a washer and dryer in the largest cabin. The seasonal cabin can sleep up to 9 people. The property has 2 fire pits, picnic tables, and a large supply of already cut wood.

More Details:
The lake supports Walleye, Northern Pike and Perch. It is a popular lake for scuba diving, water skiing, and boating sports. The lake is surrounded by pine trees, and the resort property has lots of spruce, pine, and poplar trees. Because it is so sheltered, there is very seldom a wind problem.

Construction:
Of the 9 campsites, 5 have fire pits; all have picnic tables. The sites have been leveled and there are outdoor public washroom facilities conveniently located. There is a boat launch and fish filleting table for the convenience of the campers. There is also a large supply of cut firewood available within the campsite area.

Features:
The location is very popular as a base camp for hunters. The lake lends itself to snowmobiling, and is a favorite place for ice fishing.
